Welcome to Black Gold Grading! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our grading services. By submitting your cards to us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Important Disclosure
Black Gold Grading is a card grading company, our grading service is intended solely to provide an opinion regarding the condition of a card, a better display of the card, and to encapsulate and seal that card. We DO NOT authenticate cards, guarantee authenticity, or perform any kind of analysis to determine if a card is genuine, or counterfeit. All information on labels may be based on information provided by the paying customer upon submission. Submission of an item for grading does not constitute a representation or warranty by Black Gold Grading that the item is authentic.
Account Suspension
To ensure a respectful and professional environment, we reserve the right to suspend user accounts for specific actions. Publicly bashing Black Gold Grading, its employees, or its services will result in immediate account suspension. We encourage constructive feedback through appropriate channels to resolve any concerns.
Card Submission Restrictions
Black Gold Grading specializes in grading standard-size trading cards. Currently, we do not accept jumbo or mini-sized cards for grading. Please ensure your submissions consist only of standard trading cards to avoid processing delays or rejection of your submission.
Shipping Guidelines
When shipping cards to Black Gold Grading, it is crucial to protect them adequately to prevent damage during transit. Each card should be placed in a penny sleeve and then inserted into a top loader or semi-rigid holder. Please note that these card protectors will not be returned with your graded cards. We are not held responsible for any damage the cards may receive during shipping and handling. Please print and fill out the BGG submission sheet to get started (Include this in your packaging). Please place cards and the submission form in a box or bubble mailer, and direct it to the shipping location provided in the top left corner of the submission sheet.
